Letterman – 11/09/11

Dave can pull off silly bits like no other. Even the stuff that’s mildly funny becomes great entertainment with Dave’s delivery. ~ The Top Ten list inspired at least eight LOL moments. One good thing about election years, more fodder for comedy. ~ Adam Sandler never disappoints. He is so comfortable with his gift of humor. The mark of a true artist. ~ Peter Gabriel’s vocals still sound excellent! And with a 40-piece orchestra performing greatest hits. Nice. I’m intrigued with the publicity tactic of promoting his new album—New Blood—by performing one song on the show and driving fans to a website for a full, ‘on demand’ performance. A money saving/money making idea that incorporates fan engagement as well as measurement via site hits. Brilliant.
